Luminary Craft Goods is a handmade shop. Availability, timing, final pricing, and shipping are confirmed manually before a custom request becomes an active order.
Made to order
Submitting a request does not create an instant purchase. Luminary will review the item, materials, quantity, timeline, and shipping details before confirming final price and next steps. Order and custom piece questions can go to shop@luminarycraftgoods.com.

Ready pieces can move faster than custom work. Shipping or pickup details are confirmed after the request is reviewed, especially for deadline-based gifts or seasonal pieces.
Include city, state, country, and any needed-by date in your request.Returns
Because many pieces are small-batch or custom, returns are handled case by case. If something arrives with an issue, reach out promptly with details and photos so it can be reviewed.
Custom materials, colors, and sizing may limit return options.Billing
Payment is not collected directly on the website. After your request is reviewed, Luminary Craft Goods will follow up with confirmation, pricing, shipping details, and payment instructions.

Website notice updated September 15, 2026. Luminary Craft Goods operates in South Florida and accepts shipping requests across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The request form uses the name, contact details, item choices, approximate shipping location, and notes you enter to prepare an order inquiry. The current form opens a draft in your email app addressed to shop@luminarycraftgoods.com. Review and send that draft yourself; opening it does not submit an order. The website does not save form entries to its own database or browser storage.
If you send the email, your email service and the shop's email service process it, and Luminary Craft Goods receives it to respond and discuss your request. Avoid including payment details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information. Request information is not a marketing signup.
Vercel hosts the website and receives ordinary connection information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request time, to serve and protect it. Social links open Instagram or Linktree only when you follow them; those services handle your visit under their own policies. They are not embedded feeds on this site.
For a question about information you sent, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@luminarycraftgoods.com. Identify the request using the contact information you used originally; do not send identity documents. The shop may need to confirm that the request is yours. Applicable rights and recordkeeping requirements depend on the request and location.
This notice describes the current website. Changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Ask the shop about retention of email/order records or a specific request; no fixed deletion period is promised here.
Browser choices
The site remembers your day/night choice in lcg-theme and your decorative-motion choice in lcg-motion, stored on your device until you clear site data or change the choice. These preferences are not sent to the shop. Navigation also works when preference storage is unavailable.
The website does not install analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or social tracking embeds. It does not change that behavior when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. There are no optional tracking categories to accept. Hosting security behavior is separate from these display preferences.
Shop guide
The current assistant uses prepared replies in your browser. It is not a person and does not send your messages to an AI provider. Messages stay in this page and are cleared on reload; your browser may preserve the page when you use Back. They are not saved to website storage. Product previews and guide replies do not confirm stock, price, shipping, or an accepted order.
